The Women Development Cell (WDC) promotes the welfare, safety, and empowerment of women through awareness programs, workshops, seminars, and counseling sessions within the institution
Aim & Objectives
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for women
- Promote gender equality and awareness
- Empower women through education and skill development
- Address issues of harassment and discrimination
- Encourage leadership and participation
- To prevent sexual harassment at workplace (colleges campuses)
- To conduct workshops, seminars for awareness of Women welfare laws
- To undertake workshops, surveys or action research projects, if necessary, pertaining to women in the society with the help of NGOs
