About Research And Development Cell
The Research Committee, Vidhi Nexus Samiti, of HVPS College of Law is constituted with the primary objective of promoting a robust research culture and fostering academic excellence within the institution. The Committee serves as a formal platform for encouraging legal research, critical inquiry, and scholarly engagement among both students and faculty members.
The Committee undertakes various initiatives aimed at strengthening research aptitude, including the organization of seminars, workshops, conferences, and research paper presentation sessions on contemporary legal issues. It also provides academic guidance and mentorship to students in the preparation and presentation of research papers, thereby enhancing their analytical, writing, and citation skills.
Furthermore, Vidhi Nexus Samiti plays a significant role in facilitating and supporting publications such as institutional journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly contributions. The Committee strives to create an environment conducive to intellectual growth, interdisciplinary dialogue, and the advancement of legal scholarship.
Objectives/Aim:
